Shipping policy

All orders shipped within the United States include shipping insurance coverage valued at up to $100 per order. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged upon arrival, please contact our team at support@musiccitycreative.co and we can begin the claims process.* 

Delivery takes 7–14 business days inside the United States when selecting the basic shipping method (USPS). Orders placed after 2 pm Central Time on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed the following business day. 

In the case of back-ordered products, parts of your order may take longer to get to you. If this happens, we will make every attempt to notify you of the issue. 

For international orders please note in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, and/or import fees. We have no control over that and are not responsible for those fees.

*Music City Creative is NOT responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. For any order, domestic or international, returned back to us for having an insufficient address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for the reshipment of the package. Shipping insurance IS NOT available for international orders. Shipping Insurance claims will not be processed until 20 days after the fulfillment date
