Refund policy

Music City Creative is happy to offer free returns and exchanges on all products returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. For purchases after 14 days of receipt, no refunds are issued and you may receive store credit or exchange for a different item.

If you are not sure of the condition of your item, please note below:

• We cannot accept item(s) that have been washed.
• We cannot accept item(s) that are covered in human/animal hair.

To Submit an Automated Return Request:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click here to login into your account, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
2. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
3. Click the order for which you want to submit the return.
4. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
6. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund back to your original form of payment. Please note that refunds take up to ten (10) business days to process once started. 

To Submit a Manual Return or Exchange Request:

1. Send us an email to support@musiccitycreative.co
1. Please include a note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded. 
2. If an exchange, please include a note detailing which item(s) that you wish to exchange your current item for. 

A member of our team will contact you with the next steps. If your request requires shipping, a member of our team will provide you with a return shipping label. We ask you to give us up to two (2) business days to respond to your email.
